Costco Warehouse in Bellingham, WA

Prairie Electric’s complete electrical construction for new 165,000 square foot Costco Warehouse in Bellingham, WA.

Project Summary

Prairie Electric completed a complete electrical construction for a new 165,000 square foot Costco Warehouse in Bellingham, Washington. This project included both on-site and off-site improvements to ensure a fully functional and efficient facility for Costco Wholesale.

Our team was responsible for the entire electrical scope, from initial design coordination to final installation. This encompassed the installation of electrical systems for lighting, power distribution, and control systems throughout the warehouse. Additionally, we handled site electrical work, including exterior lighting and utility connections, as well as off-site improvements needed to support the facility’s operations.

Working on a large-scale warehouse project demanded precise planning and coordination with Ferguson Construction and Mulvanny G2. The rapid 7-month timeline required our team to work efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards. We successfully deployed modern electrical solutions that not only meet current industry codes but also provide long-term reliability and energy efficiency for the Costco facility.
